what i learn from the book mahinga kai crusader

Last week Tuesday period 4 and 5 I read a book about mahinga kai crusader. Mahinga kai crusader was all about sea food and how he gets food and why the seasons are important for people.

Well let me tell you something,seasons is very important because  you have plants seeds in the right  seasons because it might need something the the other  seasons  dont have.

100 word challenge

hi reader welcome to my story today i have been working on my 100 word challenge. this week i have been coming up with new words for my story and i have checked my work every period.




Once upon a time in a beautiful  town there came by a witch that  had long black hair. She had nits and her hair was puffy like it wasn't even brushed.Her skin was white as milky snow,she wore a black dress that  ripped like a banana peel, and her nails were disgusting. They were long and had hair on them. Her broom was damaged,her face was horrible as she had put too much foundation on, and even her pet cat was ugly. It was heavy as a rock, smelly  as a skunk,and looked liked a blobfish.


when i started writing my first sentence it was horrible i new the teacher would not like it  so the i started to think of more words to impress my teacher.


when i reading it it didn't really make sense so then i had to chge it and it was challenging for me to think of a word that suit my story.

Seedlings

Last week we did  3 types of sentence, which are  adverb, w start , very sort sentence.  

Example adverb.

Sadly,  the seed grew.

the book of the road

Hey guys this week Monday  period 5 we did  scavenger hunt  to know who was are buddy class

Whaea Raewyn  made some clues of were there at, At  the end we had  to guess.  well to be honest  there only three school to guess from some people got it right some people did not which in fact i got it right it was St Peter School for boys and girls. 

  

 Before we did the scavenger hunt miss birch showed us a box that was send from school kit. in the box the had cool glasses and some notes 

miss Birtch  showed us a big peace of paper that you can only read  using the glasses to read.

Food preservation

Aim

To preserve food using salt.

Hypothesis

I think the salt would make the meat last long.

Materials

1 meat 

2 salt 

3 knife 

4 hands 

5 tissues 

6 string 

7 chair 

8 water 

9 soap 

Method 

Get meat from the shop.

Wash your hands with soap.

Cut 2 sleep slice of meat.

Springle some salt on both side.

Get 2 chairs and tie a string to both side 

Make a hole in the middle and hang it up.

Conclusion 

Best to eat after 2 minute so it could cool down.

How to make cocopops

Materials 

1 bowl

2 spoon

3 milk

4 cocopops 

5 hands 

6 cup

Ingredients 

1 1 cup of milk

2  2 cup of cocopops 

3 1 spoon 

4 2 hands 

Step 

Get. Bowl and put it on the table. 

Get 1. Cup of milk and pour into the bowl 

Get 2 cut of ceareals and pour into the bowl 

Get 1 spoon and enjoy 

Conclusion 

Best to eat a straight after or if you have problems chewing then best to leave for 2 minute then eat it.
