Pita Pockets
Ingredients:
1 pita casing per person
Lettuce
Cheese
Tomato
Grated carrot
¼ onions
1t oil
Sauces – tomato, bbq, mayo, hummus, chilli
1 slice of ham
Method:
Sauté the onions together in a pan with oil, high-med heat
Chop and grate the vegetables you require
Place pita pockets in microwave for 20 seconds
Cut open the pita pocket along the crease
Stuff pita pockets with required filling
hi guys so today was our first day doing cooking and we didn't get to take any photo so we just ate it but only i ate it because i didn't want to waste the food i was being grateful for the food that i took a bite out of.the food wasn't that good not gonna lie it was a bit dried up and bread was a hard and the food was vege and when they were combined they tased like raw meat. anyways i give it a 4-10
Hi Sita. Your honesty is appreciated. Maybe you did not have sufficient sauce to moisten the pocket and to add a little additional flavour. Your comments do not meet the evaluation requirements. You need to describe the taste, texture, smell, appearance etc . Also how did your group work together? Photos need to be included as well.
